Frequently asked questions

We’re here to help you every step of the way.

General

Are there sites you can't build on?
Access is the main constraint. Your site needs to accommodate a flat-bed truck for delivery. Send us your location and we'll assess it beforeyou commit to anything, including sites that look difficult on paper.
Where can I build?
Anywhere in the Philippines. Our Casitas are manufactured in Silang, Cavite and delivered nationwide, with logistics planned around your site's access and location. Send us your lot details and we'll confirm delivery and installation for your specific site.
How long does the process take?
Most Casitas are delivered 3 to 6 months from order. Your exact timeline depends on local permitting, site preparation, and the add-ons you select. Because your Casita is built in the factory while your site isprepared, the two run in parallel instead of one waiting on the other.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Through our partnership with BPI, you can finance your Casita from 7% p.a. with terms of up to 20 years. Open to salaried and self-employed applicants earning at least Php 40,000 monthly, subject to BPI's standard review.
How can I avail of BPI financing?
Send us a message and tell us about your project. Our team will guideyou through the process and walk you through the available BPI financing options.
Is modular really better?
Modular shifts most of the build indoors. Roughly 90% of your Casita is completed in a controlled facility, which means no weather delays, no months of on-site noise, and no materials sitting on your lot waiting to be secured. Installation itself typically takes a single coordinated day. The structure is a steel frame, which allows for larger window spans than block construction and is fully recyclable at end of life. Factory production also means every unit is built to the same measured standard rather than to whatever conditions allow on a given day.
How do third-party add-ons work?
We maintain working relationships with contractors who handle custom work beyond the standard Casita, from outdoor kitchens to pergolas. We brief them on your Casita's technical specifications, manage the coordination, and consolidate billing so everything lands by your target delivery date.
