On average, we anticipate that from the time you place your order, we’ll be able to deliver your Casita in 3 to 6 months. The earlier you order your Casita, the earlier your Casita will be delivered.
The timeline for completing a project varies depending on local permitting processes, site preparation, and the specific design and add-ons you choose.

Currently, we do not offer financing, but are happy to work closely with your preferred lender or bank. Please check back soon, as we’re working on offering competitive lending packages.
Currently, we are prioritizing customers in Luzon. As we expand our operations, our Casitas will be available almost anywhere in the Philippines!
We understand that our clients prefer a certain level of customization. As such, we maintain close relationships with third-party contractors that are able to offer more custom services. We’ll connect you with these contractors, and facilitate any work you decide to pursue. For example, if you’d like a custom outdoor kitchen or pergola, we’ll work with this third party to ensure they understand all technical specifications of your Casita, and we’ll provide seamless billing and project management to ensure all work is completed by our target delivery date.
Imagine not having to deal with months of on-site noise and disruption to your land or neighborhood. You won’t need to provide security for materials, as our Casitas are typically installed in one highly coordinated day.
Because modular construction is performed 90% in a controlled environment, we don’t have the same weather delays. We employ strict safety protocols, and have substantially less injuries. Our workers are happier, and this shows up through their craftsmanship.
Steel frames are substantially stronger than traditional concrete hollow block construction, and allow for massive windows and sliding doors. Our roofs are attached in a manner where it’s almost impossible for them to become detached in even the strongest of storms.
If in 100 years your family decides to dispose of your Casita, it can be relatively easily disassembled and resold. You can also recycle the entirety of the structural steel frame. Modular is hands down the most sustainable manner in which to build a home.
We truly believe modular is better. We think you will as well.
We’re open to challenges. But if your land or site is not easily accessible by flat-bed truck, it may not be possible to deliver our Casitas. We’re happy to review any potential project site, and determine if our Casitas can be appropriately delivered and installed.
Payment
The “Reserve Now” deposit secures your spot in our production schedule, ensuring your modular home project is prioritized. Once your deposit is processed our team will guide you through the next steps, including finalizing your design, confirming project details, and establishing timelines. It’s the first step towards own your own Casita!
Yes, the deposit is refundable up until the design and production process officially begins. If you decide not to move forward, simply contact us, and we’ll process your refund promptly. We seek to provide a full refund, but may hold back 3rd party processing fees incurred (typically only 3-5% of total amounts conveyed).
The deposit amount is always ₱ 25,000 regardless of the specific model and customization options you select. The deposit helps Hive accurately forecast its pipeline, and begin to allocate resources to produce your Casita!
Absolutely! Your deposit is applied directly toward the final cost of your modular home.
After placing your deposit, our team will reach out to confirm your reservation, discuss your design preferences, and outline the project’s timeline. From there, you’ll work closely with us to finalize the details of your dream modular home.
Yes, you can make changes during the design phase. However, significant changes after production begins may affect the cost and timeline. Our team will work with you to ensure your vision is realized.
